New England College is now issuing a free digital diploma to students who have graduated on or after December 31, 2022. Your digital diploma complements your paper diploma but is faster and easier to access, can be shared on social media, and may be downloaded to your personal device. You will receive a secure link from Parchment to your New England College email account after your degree has been awarded to claim your digital diploma. Replacement Diplomas
New England College has partnered with Parchment to allow graduates to order replacement diplomas. This feature is for students who received their original diploma and need a new copy. The new diploma will:
Replacement diplomas are available for a fee of $35 for a print copy and $15 for a digital copy. If you need more than one diploma, you will need to submit multiple orders. The copy will be mailed by USPS standard shipping. If you are ordering a digital copy, please make sure to enter a valid email address while placing your order.
If you have any questions about your graduation status, please email the registrar’s office before placing your order.
Your transcript is a complete record of the courses you took at NEC. This will include any undergraduate or graduate level courses. We cannot provide copies of transcripts from other institutions that we may have on file.
Please ensure that any balances/holds on your student account have been cleared before requesting a transcript. Students with financial holds may be prevented from receiving transcripts.
Current students, and recent graduates, should confirm final grades and degree information through MyNEC before ordering transcripts.
New England College has partnered with Parchment to process transcripts. Official transcripts are available for a fee of $8 electronic and $13 by mail.

Current NEC Students
If you are a current student, please log in to youraccount, and navigate to the Order Official Transcripts link under Student Records. By requesting through your MyNEC account, your identity can be automatically authenticated!
Alumni and Former NEC and NHIA Students
If you are no longer enrolled in courses, you may not have access to your MyNEC account. Please click the below button to enter your order.

DegreeWorks is a web-based tool that provides an updated, individualized audit of your degree requirements. Both students and advisors can use the audit to monitor progress toward degree completion and plan future courses.

Students will receive emails at their NEC student email accounts with information regarding registration times. Before registering, students should meet with their advisors to discuss what courses they should be taking. Once registration has opened, students can sign on to their to register for their classes. If you are having trouble logging in to your MyNEC account, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
NEC has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide information on your enrollment and degree completion to lenders and potential employers. Students can verify their enrollment for travel, loan deferment, discounts, or insurers at no charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through .
